On September 19, 2017, the woman was walking near Bayfield University with her dog Frank, who seemed excited to go everywhere, when they walked past by Ryan Phan, who was barked at by Frank, to which the old woman restrained its leash, as she smiled to show apology and courtesy towards Ryan.[1]
